>
General Scheduling:
  • Teams contact each other to agree on a Date and Time to play at.
  • Always be specific with the Dates and Times that you can play at. Best advice would be to never mention a Date on it's own, only ever request a specific Date AND Time. If you are not specific in your messages it makes it harder to help you.
  • If a team does not respond to you after 24 hours you can FF them for lack of response.
  • If your opponents mention a Date but no Time, once you have either responded with your own time or have asked them for a time, and they do not respond by midnight on the day they first stated, you can FF them. 
  • Once a Date and Time has been agreed on, the Series is set and both Teams are required to show up. The Date and Time can only be changed if BOTH Teams agree on a new one.
  • If 1 Team is willing to wait for another passed the scheduled time then they need to specify how long they are willing to wait for. 
  • If a Date and Time is not agreed on by both Teams in time then the Seed closer to 0 will be advanced automatically unless they played Head to Head during Pools.
Hosting:​
  • All Teams are required to use the in-game dedicated server for all KL Finals matches.
  • Refusal to use the dedicated servers will result in a FF unless there is an in-game problem with those servers.
  • You do not have to use dedicated servers if both Teams agree not to use them.
  • If 3 or more players on a Team have over 120 ping at the start of the game they can end the game and ask to switch host once, but if it happens again they must choose between the 2 hosts.

Lagging:
  • Hardpoint - If a player losses a gunfight to noticeable lag in-game they must clip it and they can leave the game to request a host change.
  • Search and Destroy - If a player losses a gunfight to noticeable lag in-game the Round must be played out first and then the game can be ended to get a new host and play for remaining Rounds. If the lag happens on a Map Deciding Round then the Round is to be replayed.
  • Domination - If a player losses a gunfight to noticeable lag in-game then the half must be played out before the game can be ended. If this occurs in the 2nd half then the Map must be finished. If this happens in the 1st half then at the restart, play with the sides flipped and add on the points from the next half played.

Lobby Pre-Game:
  • If you are 10 minutes late you FF Map 1. If you are 20 minutes late you FF the Series.
  • You have 10 minutes between Maps to start. Rules below where extensions are included add onto this current wait time.
  • You must have at least 4 players in the lobby at the time the match should be started at to be seen as ready. And if you have less then 4 players your opponents can FF you for that Map.
  • If the host only has 4 players then they must start the match on time or they FF. If the Off-Host Team only has 4 players then the Host Team can start the Map on Time, but if the Off-Host Team backs out they FF the Map. If both Teams only have 4, you will get a 5 minute extension at which point the Map MUST be started with any number of players in the lobby or the Host Team will FF the Map.​
  • If a player is having connection issues you must show proof to your opponents. After this you can have a 10 minute extension to try to fix the problem and to look for a potential sub. If the problem is not fixed or a sub is not found in time then the Map must be started by the Host.

Hardpoint Disconnection Rules:
  • The game is in the early stages until the first hill has expired.
  • If there is a lag out before or during the first hill then the map is restarted from 0-0.
  • If there is a lag out after the first hill but the gap is 60 points or less then the map is restarted to be played for remaining points from whatever the score was from when the player lagged out.
  • If there is a lag out after the first hill but the difference is 61 points or more then the map is continued.

Search and Destroy Disconnection Rule:
  • If a player lags out after First Blood, both teams must finish the round and then they can end the game and restart it to play for remaining rounds.

Domination Disconnection Rule:
  • If a player lags out before First Blood in either half, the game can be ended.
  • 1st Half - Once this half has been finished at 4v5 you can end the game, bring the 5th player back in and then add together the 1st Half scores from both games.
  • 2nd Half - If you have lagged out after First Blood then the Half is to be finished and that final result will stand.
​Gentleman's Agreements:
  • Something only becomes GA'd for a Series if both Teams agree to it. A community GA is not official for the League.
  • If a GA is broken you must collect proof straight away and leave the game to claim a FF Win for the Map.
  • If you leave the game without collecting proof then you yourself will FF the Map.
  • If you have finished and lost a Map and then proceeded to present a broken GA it will not be considered and the final map result will count.
  • A broken GA cannot be the decider for a Series. If a Team that needs 1 Map to win spots a broken GA they can either continue to play or reset the map at 0-0.
Strikes:
  • Each Team starts with a 6 Strike limit.
  • 1 Roster Change will count as 1 Strike.
  • 1 Sub used will count as 1 Strike.
  • No changes can be made until you have played all 4 Pool Play matches.
  • You can make 1 or 2 free Roster Changes after your Pool Play matches.
  • When you play a Bracket match with your full team of 5, 1 strike will be taken off you if you have any.
  • If you go into a Series over the limit you FF Map 1 for that Series. Once you're back to 6/6 strikes you go back to 0-0 for the next series.
  • You can make up to 2 total Roster Changes during the Bracket, but you can only make them if you have Strikes available.


Roster Submission:
  • Your Roster will not be counted if you do not submit a full Team of 5. Rosters are to be submitted into the KL Finals Reporting Channel in the Discord.

Roster Changes:
  • You will only be given 1 window of opportunity to make a Roster Change for KL Finals. This is once you have finished your last Pool Play match but before your first Bracket match.
  • You can only make a maximum of 2 Roster Changes at this time.
Subs:
  • You can only use up to 2 subs for a Series. If you need to use 3 or more subs then it is up to your opponents if they want to play you at 5v5 or they take a FF Win.
  • If you would be using 3 subs you can choose to play 4v5 so that you are only using 2 subs.

Mid Series Sub:
  • Bringing in subs due to connection issues - *Series Situations > Lobby Pre-Game > 5th Point*
  • If a player has to leave due to an emergency then that team can have a 10 minute extension before the next Map to hopefully have the player come back. The To4 can ask the opponents if they can look for a sub but the To5 can decline that and the map will need to start when the deadline is up.
  • If you feel comfortable with showing proof of the emergency to your opponents then you can look for a sub without their permission. The 10 minute extension will still be in effect.
  • If the To5 is willing to wait for players, they must be specific about how long they are willing to wait. Map FF's will not be enforced because you 'feel' that you have waited long enough, so a specific wait time needs to be mentioned if you are willing to wait beyond the extension.
  • If bringing in a sub due to emergency or connection issues puts means you will be using 3 subs for the Series, it is up to your opponents to decide to play you or take a 1 man advantage.

Vetoes:
  • Normal picks and bans will still take place for Vetoes but the order of picks and hosting is simplified below.

  • This is based on a majority agreement from players in the League. This has been pointed out that this is not the official way of doing Vetoes but it has been simplified to avoid complications for matches.
